London Film Critics Circle 2015, le nomination – Carol davanti a tutti

Associazione composta da critici britannici che annualmente premia le maggiori opere artistiche in cinque categorie (ballo, arti visive, teatro, musica e cinema), il London Critics Circle Film ha annunciato le candidature del 2015 in ambito cinematografico. Arrivati alla 36esima edizione, i LFCC hanno seguito la linea pennellata dai Golden Globes, con Carol di Todd Haynes davanti a tutti a quota 7 nomination. Miglior film regia, attrici, sceneggiatura, fotografia e musiche.

Tra i film dell’anno spiccano anche due documentari britannici, ovvero Amy e The Look of Silence, affiancati da Inside Out, Revenant, Spotlight, 45 anni, The Martian, Mad Max: Fury Road e Room. Colpaccio Tom Hardy tra gli attori con addirittura 3 nomination (miglior attore, miglior attore britannico e miglior attore non protagonista). Ridley Scott, Inarritu, Andrew Haigh e George Miller rincorrono invece Haynes in ambito registico, con Charlotte Rampling e Tom Courtenay giustamente candidati per 45 anni. Sorpresa tra le attrici non protagoniste grazie a Olivia Colman, per “The Lobster”, Kristen Stewart, per “Sils Maria”, e Tilda Swinton, per la commedia “Trainwreck”.

I vincitori saranno annunciati il prossimo 17 gennaio.
