La pellicola di Aronofsky, uscita da Venezia senza premi per volere di Quentin Tarantino (con Somewhere che, dal canto suo, non se lo sta filando nessuno), ha fatto sue le candidature a Miglior film, attrice, protagonista e non, e regia. Novità interessanti sul fronte delle candidature a Miglior film Straniero, visto che non c’è La prima cosa Bella di Virzì bensì Io sono l’amore di Luca Guadagnino, sbeffeggiato in Italia ma amatissimo dalla critica statunitense. 15 anni dopo il suo primo Critics Choice Awards, vinto con Da Morire, Nicole Kidman agguanta un altro record, ovvero quello della settima nomination, grazie a Rabbit Hole, mentre sorprendono le due ‘baby candidature’ di Hailee Steinfeld (14 anni) per True Grit e Chloe Grace Moretz (13 anni) per Let Me In e Kick-Ass.
Il prossimo 14 gennaio all’Hollywood Palladium verranno assegnati gli ambiti premi, con le nomination che vi attendono dopo il saltino. Chi vinse lo scorso anno? The Hurt Locker, e se tanto ci da’ tanto…
