Writers Guild Awards 2011: ecco tutte le nomination

Ieri i premi dei ‘produttori’, oggi quelli degli ‘sceneggiatori’. Prosegue la stagione delle nomination, in attesa degli Oscar, con l’annuncio delle candidature ai Writers Guild Awards 2011. Nati nel 1940, i premi, assegnati dagli Writers Guild of America, West e Writers Guild of America, East, per il contributo che sceneggiature e sceneggiatori danno a cinema, tv e radio, verranno assegnati il prossimo 5 febbraio 2011. Non poche le sorprese tra i candidati, a partire dal travagliato I Love You Phillip Morris, uscito in America con due anni di ritardo ed una distribuzione limitatissima, a causa della storia a tinte gay che tanto scalpore ha creato nei mesi passati al suo approdo in sala, e l’inattesa presenza di Please Give. Che il film di John Requa & Glenn Ficarra riesca ad arrivare agli Oscar? Non so voi, ma il sottoscritto ne sarebbe più che felice.
